Excelente para ir en pareja porque es chico la habitación, muy nuevo el hotel y incluye buffet!
Grata sorpresa, hotel limpio, habitaciones impecables, buena atención, camas comodas y muy bien ubicado. El hotel ofrece un servicio de desayuno “americano” se agradece Nos quedamos una noche para descansar y cumplió con lo prometido. Volveremos!
Los cuantos muy pequeños pero para dos personas bien. El desayuno muy bien. si necesitan mejorar el servicio del elevador es un dolor de cabeza, dicen que caben 10 personas pero solo 6 caben. Tratamos de salir por escalera y nos llevó hasta blanca de estacionamiento y nos sacó hasta otro lado de hotel. Otra cosa es que los otros huéspedes no respetan cuando otros están durmiendo andan con su escandalo.
Muy buen hotel . Céntrico , buen servicio,precio. Sobre todo muy útil cuando solo estas de paso. Recomendado.
El hotel tiene instalaciones buenas. Sin embargo al momento de bajar por los elevadores es un dolor de cabeza; únicamente cuenta con 2 elevadores de capacidad mínima para 8 pisos que en temporada alta no funcionan deberían tener otra alternativa y dirigir a los huéspedes para mejor organización. Colocar personal que se comunique por pisos y radios para facilitar el flujo de las personas no pueden omitir esto como un problema
Para mi viaje de trabajo a Mazatlán, necesitaba un hotel limpio, seguro, tranquilo y con buena ubicación para descansar. Todo eso lo encontré en el Hotel One Zona Dorada. Definitivamente una gran opción para el descanso. En alguna oportunidad veremos todas amenidades acompañado de la familia.
El lugar es eficiente, hay acceso a la playa cerca pero para el malecón si esta medio lejitos, la atención fue muy buena, la camarista muy amable y linda, el desayuno que te incluyen es muy equis porque no tienen tanta variedad
